Blessings Photography is a home based portrait studio in Fargo, ND.

Sessions are by appointment only, and are typically booked out 2-4 weeks in advance.

Your Session

The average portrait session at Blessings usually runs anywhere from 30 minutes to 1 hour, with newborn sessions sometimes running into 2 hours or more. Basically, we will spend as much time as needed to complete the session and get the job done! Sessions are very relaxed, and never rushed. Before taking any pictures, we will discuss what kind of portraits you are most interested in. Take a moment to browse through my galleries, and get a feel for what style suits you best. And if you have any ideas or special requests, don't hesitate to let me know!

Clothing

The clothes you dress your child in will help determine the direction and style that your session will take. Backgrounds and props will be chosen to best suit the look of the outfits. I always encourage clients to bring at least one change of clothing, and even more if you think your child will tolerate it. And it's fun to mix it up a bit- maybe one casual outfit, one dressy one, and then a really fun, funky, bright colored one! More details on clothing suggestions will be provided after your session is scheduled.

Proofs and Ordering

Proofs will be available about 2-4 days after your session. You will be provided with a login and password to your personal online gallery, which will be available for 1 week. Included in this gallery will be 20-30 images from your session. You can place your order online using the handy dandy shopping cart and ordering software in your gallery. And then your order will be available for pick up 7-10 days after it's submitted.
