Do you photograph weddings? Seniors?

Nope, not at this time. My true passion is working with babies and kids, and that keeps me plenty busy. So for now, I'm limiting my services to those areas and sticking with what I love most.

I have 3 kids, can they all be photographed at the same session?

The standard session fee includes up to 4 kids. We can do both individual and group images during the same session, at no extra charge.

I plan on having my baby photographed several times before her first birthday. Do you have any special offers for that?

I would love to have some maternity photos taken, what are your options for that?

I photograph maternity clients exclusively as part of the Belly and Baby package. This is a special combo that includes both maternity and newborn sessions and images. See the pricing page for more details.

What if my child won't cooperate at their photo session?

Most kids will have a short window of time when they are excited about having their picture taken and will cooperate fairly well. But some may not think it's such a great idea. However, there is definitely no need to apologize for your child acting like a child. I expect to have some difficulties with every session, and it's a rare pleasant surprise when things go exactly as planned. It's part of the job when working with kids- expect the unexpected, and roll with the punches!

My child has a scratch on his face- can you remove that in his photos?

It happens 99 percent of the time. If your child is mobile at all- he most likely will get some kind of scratch, bruise, or other visible injury in the week before his photo session. I can't explain why, but this is just the way it happens with kids! Basic retouching will be done on all ordered images at no extra charge.

Can I bring my pet in for pictures?

While I don't photograph animals alone, you are welcome to bring the family pet along to be included in some photos with your child.

Am I able to purchase the image files from my session?

Definitely! A digital image collection is available, see the info page on pricing for details. After you purchase the files you may print, email, and share as much as you like! However, Blessings Photography will retain the rights to the photos and permission must be obtained if you wish to submit them to any outside contests or publications.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule my session date?

No problem, I'm a pretty flexible gal! If possible, I'd appreciate at least 48 hours notice so that I can offer the time slot up to other clients on my waiting list. I understand that's not always possible, especially if the issue is a sick child. In that case, just let me know as soon as you can. We'll work on getting you back on the schedule at another time that works for you.
